Blemil plus Elemental is a hypoallergenic monomeric infant formula based on free amino acids, formulated to achieve maximum tolerance and digestibility of the product, even in those circumstances in which the digestive process may be compromised including severe CMPA and risk of anaphylaxis.
Protection
Incorporates the HMO 2’-fucosyllactose (2’-FL), a last generation prebiotic with antimicrobiological effect.
Low allergenicity
- Made 100% from free amino acids.
- DHA from algae (Schizochytrium sp), free of marine allergens and with a reduced risk of contamination by heavy metals and other persistent contaminants.
Optimal digestibility and tolerance:
- 25% MCT and 100% maltodextrin.
- Lactose, sucrose and fructose free.
- Adequate osmolarity: 300 mOsm/l.
- Pleasant aroma and flavour compared to other elementary formulas used for feeding CMA infants.

Blemil® plus Elemental is a formula for the dietary management of infants and children with:
- Severe allergy to cow's milk protein
- Multiple food allergy
- Digestive pathologies that cause severe malabsorption such as:
- Short bowel syndrome, severe infant diarrhea, inflammatory bowel disease, enteric fistulas.
- Fat malabsorption: pancreatic insufficiency, intestinal lymphangiectasia, chronicle cholestasis.
- Other situations that require a formula of high tolerance and digestibility such as transition from parenteral to enteral nutrition in altered digestive conditions.
Dosage
Blemil plus Elemental is prepared in a mixture of 4.5 g to 30 ml of water. Unless otherwise indicated, use the following recommended dosage:
